Adoption of environmental management systems in Scottish aquaculture


A quiet step change?

Mark Taylor is an independent environmental consultant with Thistle Environmental. He has worked with many producers throughout Scotland, helping them implement environmental management systems (EMS) in accordance with the international standard ISO 14001. In the Fish Welfare and Environmental Issues Session on Thursday April 19, Mr Taylor will talk about how the industry has brought in EMS and how this has changed operational practices and business management over recent years.
