FIRST CLASS EXHIBITION SPACE


The Sheraton Grand provides our delegates with excellent networking and conferencing facilities, including a spacious and accessible exhibition area adjacent to the main auditorium.

The main networking programme will take place in our exhibition area, an impressive foyer with excellent power facilities and telephone outlets. As delegates arrive and leave the main auditorium they will pass through this area, allowing them ideal access to exhibitors. Coffees will be served in this area 3 times/day and ample time has been allocated within the main conference programme to allow delegates to peruse exhibits and talk with exhibitors at their stands.

There are only 12 prime sites, each measuring 3m by 1.5m.

Each site is £1650 plus VAT and each exhibitor will receive a number of benefits including:

A complimentary 2-day delegate pass worth £495.00, providing access to all speaker sessions and papers

Comprehensive profile and listing in the main conference brochure

An invitation to a welcome reception on Tues April 17 and the gala awards dinner on Wed April 18

Lunch and refreshments on both days
